1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Lee Waters MS and Alun Davies MS. Hannah Blythyn MS attended the meeting as a substitute for Lee Waters MS.
1.3 Heledd Fychan MS attended the meeting for items 1 and 2, and gave her apologies for the rest of the meeting. Siân Gwenllian MS attended as a substitute for Heledd Fychan MS for item 3.
2.1 The Members questioned the technology representatives as part of the Committee’s inquiry into the Welsh Government’s International Strategy.
3.1 The Members questioned the tourism and culture representatives as part of the Committee’s inquiry into the Welsh Government’s International Strategy.
3.2 Mick Antoniw MS declared an interest as his son works for the Welcome to Wrexham television series.
4.1 The Members questioned the new Chair of S4C.

5.3 The Committee noted the papers and agreed to write to the Welsh Government requesting further detail on the UK-Ukraine One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement.

8.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government expressing their approval of the appointment, and that the Committee should have had a pre-appointment hearing with the new Chair.
